Jonna Lee is a girl with a very cool name who got very much publicity when she released her debut album ”10 Pieces, 10 Bruises” a couple of years ago. She even got Ed Harcourt to sing a duet on the song ”And Your Love” and the future looked very promising for the 27 year old Swede.
This year her follow up ”This Is Jonna Lee” came out but the hype from the previous year wasn’t there anymore. Unfortunately this was visible at her show this Saturday afternoon where a quite small audience had come to see her performance. This wasn’t anything that seemed to bother Jonna, since she came out smiling with the intention to give her best for the few who came to see her play.
So we got a mix between older and newer songs during the show and the blonde singer / songwriter did her best to please us with her poppish and laid back tunes.
A really nice gig that absolutely deserved more spectators.
