GETTING TO GURTENFESTIVAL

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Take the A6 motorway and exit at Rubigen/Belp, then drive on via Belp - Kehrsatz (by-pass) to Wabern. Make sure to follow the signs! The Festival car parking lot is located to the right of the first roundabout in Wabern. The flat rate for parking tickets is CHF 30.- (valid for 4 days). Spending the night in your car on the parking lot is prohibited, nor is any camping vehicle parking allowed.

The "Bern Mobil" shuttle bus runs between the Festival parking lot and the Gurten Railway, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8.00 a.m. until 4.00 a.m., and on Sunday from 8.00 a.m. until midnight.

There are absolutely NO parking spaces available in Wabern itself or at the Gurten Railway station. So, please use public transport whenever possible. The village of Wabern and the environment will thank you for it!

TRAVELLING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The festival ticket or bracelet authorizes festival visitors to come and go by tram, bus and train (2nd. Class) within the Libero zones 10/11 and includes the shuttle-bus from the festival parking in Wabern to the Gurten train. Please show the ticket or bracelet when requested. Children up to 12 years old travel free when accompanied by an adult.
