GETTING TO THE OFF FESTIVAL

Myslowice is a town in Silesia, located in the South of Poland, 10 km from Katowice and 70 km from Kraków. It can be reached from the A4 Wroclaw-Kraków motorway (exit Brzeczkowice).  

The town has direct railway connections with the main Polish cities: Opole, Wroclaw, Poznan, Szczecin, (3 express trains), Kolobrzeg (1 express train), Kraków, Rzeszów and Przemysl. Myslowice has a very well developed public transport including local bus and tram network (KZK GOP). Two tram lines and approx. 20 bus routes run through the town. Moreover, buses owned by operators other than KZK GOP ( PKM Jaworzno, ZKKM Chrzanów) also serve Myslowice.

IF YOU TRAVEL BY PLANE, you can choose between two airports close to Myslowice:

* International Airport in Katowice - Pyrzowice (34 km from Myslowice)
* International Airport in Cracow – Balice (60) km from Myslowice)

Getting to Myslowice from International Airport in Katowice-Pyrzowice:

First from the airport TO THE CENTRE OF KATOWICE:

* BY BUS (see the map)
* BY MINI-BUS
* BY TAXI - Airport taxi service (fare 150-200 PLN to Myslowice)

Then FROM THE CENTRE OF KATOWICE (Central Railway Station) TO MYSLOWICE (Kapielisko Slupna or PKP Myslowice station) you can get:

* BY BUS - line 76 or 149
* BY TRAM - line 14 (tram stop on Main Square of Katowice, 200m from Central Railway Station)
* BY MINI-BUS (stationed next to Central Railway Station)
* BY TAXI (fare 40-70PLN)

Getting to Myslowice from International airport in Kraków Balice:

* BY TRAIN first fast train to the centre of Kraków then from Central Railway Station to Myslowice (direct connection)
* BY BUS - from Central Railway Station direct to Katowice by private mini-bus and then from Katowice to Myslowice

IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR YOU SHOULD DRIVE TOWARD KATOWICE or KRAKÓW in the south of Poland.
