HISTORY
Summer Breeze Open Air is a heavy metal music festival in Germany. It takes place annually in Dinkelsbühl, Bavaria. It was first held in 1997. The festival has been held in Abtsgmünd until 2006 where it was moved to its new location of Dinkelsbühl. Annually the festival draws around 40,000 attendees. The 2009 edition was held on August 13, August 14 and August 15, 2009 in Dinkelsbühl.
