News - 17th February - WERCHTER BOUTIQUE LINE UP IS NOW COMPLETE!
Werchter Boutique presents Metallica with Soundgarden, Mastodon, Channel Zero, Gojira and Ghost!
This year, Werchter Boutique, which will take place at the Festival Park in Werchter (Belgium) on Whit Monday May 28th, is all about heavy rock and metal. Metallica will play their magnum opus ‘Metallica’ (1991) in full. ‘The Black Album’ celebrated its 20th birthday in 2011. The set will be complemented with a parade of classics from the band's immense back catalogue. The Metallica show at Werchter Boutique show will be their only performance in the Benelux area this summer.
Metallica are not coming to Werchter alone. They are keen to invite other bands to take part in the festivities. The names of these bands can now be revealed. In consultation with Metallica, the following bands have been added to the line-up: SOUNDGARDEN, MASTODON, CHANNEL ZERO, GOJIRA and GHOST.
